Stephanie met the freaking awesome and hilarious, Elizabeth nearly 10 years ago at the Altadena Farmer’s Market. Elizabeth came to the studio for GYROTONIC® sessions after a recent knee injury, then moved to classes, and continues to show up in offerings, like the ALiGN course, in the iNCOMING app.
